I would leave 0 stars if I could. They quoted 45 days and it took over 120 days. Be careful to watch your closing disclosure as they removed my lender credits and I had to remind them. They lost my check for closing and I had to cancel the check and wire funds after closing.

Excellent job by Loan Depot.- Got the best rate of anywhere, and the lowest costs - Got a custom term to keep the rate low - Got cash out to pay off some high-interest debt - They worked really hard to keep an existing customer (me) instead of losing my refi business to another lender

This was the easiest most transparent loan process I've been through for a mortgage. From the initial phone call to closing was right around 30 days. The loan rate was highly competitive, communication was excellent, and I was so appreciative of the notary they sent to my house to complete the closing documents. Highly recommend!"

The lending officer and Sr. Account manager were very friendly and helpful. Our experience with Loan Depot has been positive since day one. We were considering several different lenders and none of the others offered to help us pay off other existing debts as part of the refinance/cashout process.
