after I quit another mortgage company who had strung me along for 4 months , who lost my paper work 3 times . I finally switched to Loan Depot. what a change, everything went smoothly and rapidly. the rate was lower than the previous company and the finance cost was quite a bit lower than the previous lender . I was contacted frequently and updated on the progress of the loan . I would say they are the best and I have recommended them to others .
