It was a good deal to get a lower interest rate on my home, my car and my credit card debit. I had used Loan Depot before so getting a refinance was lower than using another company. The cost of getting a consolidated loan was about as little as you can do (but still some money). I think I recovered the refinance expense with the money I saved going from 4.5% to 2.5% on all of loans. Yahoo!!
