I would recommend Loan Depot after using them to refinance my mother's home that my sister and I inherited into just my name. The process was smooth and fast plus they were very good about updating me weekly on the progress.

Everything went smoothly until we suppose to get a cash to borrower for an amount of $867.03 wich with didn't instead we got $11.81. Their excuse is that the documents didn't make on time, not our fault

Loan depot got us approved when. Other loan companies could not, we didn't have bad credit just challenging. The loan officer that assisted us made the process super understandable and easy seeing as our realtor was not much of a help. 100% when we buy our next home we will definitely choose loan depot.

**************** is good but as I am a first time home buyer I expected more compared to different lender. Tried answering my questions but did not feel like they are accurate. Headed with road blocks and many U-Turns before closing the loan but end result was good.
