I applied for the loan with a clear explanation from the loan officer on the process and what to expect. My loan application went through smoothly without any issue and was approved for closing within a little over 30 days. I had a good experience from start to finish.

This review is 2 Stars, which is really higher than I want to give but I increased the level because my Loan Consultant did everything he could to help. If this review were about his performance four to five stars for sure.In the back office, Loan Depot ignored my requirements for electronic payment to creditors and failed to return my urgent call **** during signing until 6 days later when I raised a problem with closing documents. As a result, it is now weeks after funding and still the loans I was rolling into my mortgage... read more
