Before sending me the closing disclosure, the lending officer has achieved all agreements with me related to loan amount, rate, closing costs, cash out amount and monthly payment as well but I found the finally cash out amount was different with our agreement (a little bit more than $500). after I got the draft of closing documents. They did a great job of making my re-fi so easy. I had been putting it off even though I was at a high rate because of the usual hassle. I'm glad a friend recommended Loan Depot to me. I have recommended them to several of my friends. The loan officer kept in touch with me throughout the process. Any messages or emails sent by me were answered promptly. Loan Depot was very easy to work with when we applied and closed on our purchase for our new home. The loan officer was always available to answer questions and assist us along the way. I have used them in the past to refinance our mortgage on our previous home. And this mortgage for our retirement home was very easy.
