From the first call to discuss what type of loan was best for us the **************** at Loan Depot was fantastic. I called back with several questions along the way and was always treated with a smile. The online paperwork was so easy. The closing was done with a notary who came to our house, so convenient, and he was so informative and friendly also. Everything wrapped up within about 2 weeks, just like they promised. I would highly recommend Loan Depot if you are looking for a loan!

Very disappointed in LoanDepot's handling of my loan. I wanted cash out to pay off my creditors. ****** valued my property at $478,000.(house,barn,buildings and 12 plus acres). Another realtor valued it at $600,000. LoanDepot's appraisal was only $390,000. The appraiser low-balled me so that I couldn't get all the money I needed. Therefore, I will have to secure a personal loan or opt for a second mortgage to accomplish my dream of paying off my creditors. The company does not have the customer's concerts at heart.
