Everyone was awesome! It's always stressful at best when purchasing a new home but I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I've ever had with any loan company and I've purchased several homes throughout the years! Communication was superior and I was kept informed every step of the way and knew exactly what to expect. ****** closed on time and I'm now excited to be in my new home! Great job to everyone at Loan Depot!!!"
Deal was very good, but process was extremely slow taking about 6 weeks. Coordination between departments seemed to be very inefficient. I found that the last step in the process my paperwork sat on the bottom of a pile. Once I called to complain about the delay the final sign off was completed in less than 24 hours. The person who was assigned to communicate with me to let me know how the process was proceeding was very poor in communicating!!
