I got great service. The secret to success is gather all the documents you need before you start. Once you send all that they need you can relax and let them take over. Respond promptly to your to do list and close in no time. If had believed some of the reviews I read I wouldnt have saved 300.00 a month. Id bet some of those reviews were self inflicted.
Our cash out refi went quickly, smoothly and without any surprises.

The appraisal I felt was too conservative but I think that is indicative of the current bubble and the bank's need to protect themselves with ***** foreclosures on the horizon.
