A positive experience. LoanDepot provides excellent loan and refinance mortgage services. Staff are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive.We applied for a refinance loan to lower our interest rate and remove the *** on our loan. The process was smooth and hassle-free and our loan officer gave us updates every steps of the way. I like that the loan process and mortgage is handled by Loan Depot from start to finish. My mortgage banker was great and stayed on top of my loan. He really worked at getting me the best deal. I ended up with a great mortgage. I would not have the slightest hesitancy in recommending this group.

initial process was great.even after multiple follow ups and proactive information supply they missed the closing date and did not have a good reason as to why.Just lot of stress in the last minute that a buyer (me) had to deal with . There was no compensation or courtesy credit for the loss of time and stress OR miss of the closing date.Escalations to managers are waste - they dont care.Still giving 4 star as the team was responsive and 90% of the process was **
