Where do I start.... 3 months ago I was contacted by a very friendly loan officer who assured me he would be my one point of contact the entire process. I filled out mounds of paperwork, got an appraisal that was less than we thought but I went with it. I then received 8 different versions of paperwork. My loan was too high, then too low, then no cash out, then only 1/3 of the agreed upon cash out.
