I always have such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the whole environment felt clean, calm, and professional. Bonnie did my IV and she was amazing. Kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had the best experience at their new second location off of 91st Street! Bonnie was amazing. This will be my new go to place when I need help kicking my migraine.
I’ve been getting over a stomach bug and even though I was starting to feel better I still couldn’t keep anything down. I decided to take a chance and call Thrive on a Saturday hoping they could get me in and they really saved the day. Bonnie took care of me and was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. The experience was relaxing and by the time I finished I felt like new, which was perfect because I have a full schedule. I had a wonderful first time experience at Thrive! I had a tonsillectomy 2 days ago and ever since, it’s been painful to swallow food or water so I’ve gotten dehydrated and was needing fluids badly. The nurse immediately got me in a seat and started my IV. I got the Ultimate Vitamin C + Hydration, which made me feel almost instantly better!
