Picked up our new Tiguan yesterday and Jason DaPra assisted us in the purchase. He was patient, friendly and full of good information. He made the experience very pleasant and we love our new car!
My husband and I have bought numerous VWs in the past but this was our first time dealing with Three Rivers and I could not be more pleased. Vince Luca was very warm and welcoming from the minute we stepped onto the lot and was very open and honest throughout the entire process. The finance department was very easy to deal with and handled everything in an efficient and timely manner.
Absolutely amazing service. Took my vehicle in right away and had it done the very next morning. Great staff all around, and Kari in services was awesome to work with! Will definitely be back if I have any issues.

Just returned from picking up our new lease. I want to thank Jason Dapra (who helped us with our FIRST lease, so we did return) and Ryan Sicchitano for making this a very smooth, easy experience for us. They took the time to work out EVERY option we had and did not try to influence our decision on which to take. An experience that we had dreaded turned out to be enjoyable. Thanks, guys!
