Since emails don't seem to work at 3 Rivers, I guess I have to go this route. I purchased a 2019 Golf Alltrack from 3 Rivers on April 25th and to be honest have been very disappointed with the experience. I purchased the Golf online during the lockdown and that went smoothly. When I picked the car up it seemed like 3 Rivers did not take took the time to clean the inside. Tags were left hanging, a white dust covered the arm rest, and there was dust on the seats. May I suggest getting a general sales manager that isn't completely dismissive of customers' problems? I felt extremely disrespected by Patrick Hucic's demeanor when I called. I was promised a cash price on a vehicle before it went through the shop. The vehicle ended up needing more work than they had originally thought. Ok. We purchased a used minivan from Three Rivers Volkswagen at the end of 2019. Five days later, it broke down while I was driving with my kids in the van on the highway. We had it towed their shop and they quoted me a discounted rate of $600 to repair the started. Less than two weeks later, the check engine light came on. Sarah- I can understand your frustration, however, you were informed up front that the van was being sold as is when you came to look at it. As well as, prior to taking delivery of the van you were again informed that it was as is. I am aware breaking down can be a scary experience but the issues that with a van that was nearly a decade old are things which are very common in the wear and tear of a vehicle.
