Very Efficient Showed up with the flu, and was seen immediately following the paperwork process. They were very efficient, no appointment was necessary, and I was quite satisfied with the care I received.
Great! These guys are great! I was really glad that they were able to see me on short notice, and they took my insurance with no problem. I have absolutely no complaints :)
Great place I only waited about 15 min. to see a doc. here. They were very friendly , very helpful, and gave me what I needed. I will always go here if I have a medical condition as will my children. Even the secretary up front was very nice and helpful. I am a patient that does NOT have insurance I pay cash and its very affordable. I would also like to add that both doctors at this facility are very funny and my 2 year old daughter loves them. I will never go anywhere else.
the worst urgent care in conjeo valley I was recently at the urgent care off of janss rd in thousand oaks, and experianced the worst customer service ever. I had a head injury, and asked a simple question on whether they had any suggestions on how to stop the pain, the lady at the front, was completly un knowlegeable, and the lady practioner was so unbelieveably rude. Go somewhere else This was one of worst Urgert Care places I ever went to. They took my medical insurance then billed me seperately. Then instead of collecting payment from my insurance comapny they decided to take me collections. They billed me incorrectly. I tried to talk to thier billing department but she yelled at me and told me to pay or else. So I don't recommend this place for anyone. They were unprofessional especially thier billing departement.
Great Service! I feel blessed to have a great DR. at Newbury Park Urgent Care. I have been to many Doctor's and must say "Dr. Lin Hunt is a God sent". Usually, I am a nervous wreck when I go to the Dr, but as soon as Dr. Lin Hunt comes in to see me--my nerves settle down. The little time spent in the waiting room is well worth it.

Friendly concerned service - Charmaine du preez I recently had a bad fall just a few doors down from the Thousand Oaks Urgent Care Center. The staff from the restaurant guided me to the Urgent Care. I was severely bruised and my nose bled for 45 min. The staff and Dr. Judd at the Urgent care were absolutely terrific. I received immediate attention and was monitored until my bleeding stopped. Awful! I wasn't feeling well a few months back and it was a Sunday so my regular dr's office was closed. I was 5 months pregnant so I didn't want to wait until the next day to see what was wrong. I got there when the office opened, waited 2 hours in the waiting room and when I was finally seen by the dr he told me that I just had a virus and to wait it out.
