Terrific Bedside Manner The staff here had terrific bedside manner. They even went to the trouble to put my 4 year old at ease. They made sure to listen to my opinion and note how my injury limited me, especially as it pertained to my work.
Dr was very nice! I came in for pre-op testing the staff was excellent and professional. The Dr. was very nice also!

I Never Thought There was Such a Good Place in Thousand Oaks I never thought there is such a good place in Thousand Oaks. The doc didn't say much, but he listened to me carefully and staff was very kind. I didn't have any idea what to do if I got hurt, because I didn't want go to the big hospital emergency room I went to last time, where I have had bad experiences. When I came here I waited less than 10 minutes at 8:10 PM on a Wed evening. And the price was so reasonable!!
Top-Notch It's never fun to be sick when you're away from home. However, Thousand Oaks' Urgent Care department is top notch. I was down in Thousand Oaks for a family visit, the air was thick with smoke for most of the first week, and by that weekend I was really having trouble breathing. I called the office and she made me an immediate appointment. Turns out I had bronchitis, not just smoke-related troubles.
