Took mom's 06 corolla in for rattle/vibration noise under the hood. They charged $65 and said some "air box bolts were loose." Got car back still had same issue.
I took my car to service on saturday. They took 400$ as labor cost for normal service like tire rotation, oil change etc. on top of that they did not wash my car!!! Didnt even vaccum inside. I dont even know if they actually did anything to it. Looks like they gave me the car as i gave it to them and took my money. I feel like i got ripped off. Never go there again. Mark Ponto was the best salesman ever. Not only did he get my fiancé his dream car 2014 tundra but drove for 5 hours to get the exact one just to make him happy. The dealership itself is like family and not corporate like the other ones we have been to. He expedited- gave us quality service- a great trade in value for a corolla that we bought in November but he also followed up to ensure our happiness. I suggest this dealership for Toyota than any other in the Southern California area.
I had a great experience all around at this dealership. Joe LaPelusa helped me right away and was very knowledgeable of the cars. I didn't really know what I was looking for and he helped guide me in the right direction. I've never been to a dealership that was that attentive and paid attention to customer need.
Thanks for another great purchase experience at Thousand Oaks Toyota. Hats off to Roy Devlin for helping me find a Corolla that fit my needs and my pocketbook!!
