Great experience from start to finish. Dave spent a lot of time to answer any questions I had. He also steered me through the things I needed to know that helped me make my decision on what bike was best for me. Thank you Dave! Then it was on to Mark for the paperwork that was very quick and easy. Mark made a special trip from home on his day off just to take care of me on a Sunday. Can't expect any better than that. It was close personal attention through the whole process. Very much appreciated! You guys rock!
We've had bad experiences with parts and service. We drive to Tricounty Harley in Fairfield now. Bought a bike here once and they told us it was a 6 speed and it was definetly a 5 speed. They even had it listed with the specs saying 6 speed. Something was wrong with it and they had it forever and never fixed it and couldnt tell us what was wrong with it. So, went and bought one at Tricounty instead. Only time i go to Throughbred Harley is when i need apparel. Never had an issue in that dept.
Great people to deal with always fast and friendly service. The sales and service staff are friendly and informative. Bill
I walked in an not one person said can I help you or let me know if you need help .Maybe I was going to buy a bike .I was there for half hour an walked out an not a word .Not comeing back I'll drive up the road.
