Just got home from riding our new to us Harleys! Jesse McDonald did such a great job showing us around and helping us decide. No pressure, just patience and information! We had a great experience with him and the other Thoroughbred staff.

Great experience with Dave at Thoroughbred purchasing my first HD. Coming off from a Ducati so I had quite different expectations, but he explained very well. His sassy sense of humor was a plus. Fast forward a couple weeks and I was involved in an accident with a driver pulling out in front of me. Steps to get anywhere and everywhere. Really small inside
I had an excellent experience with Dave at Thoroughbred Harley . It started with a email inquiry , had a very prompt response from Dave . He was very helpful in negotiating my purchase. I had tried to purchase the same bike at my local dealer and I felt I made a very fair offer and it was clear they are not the destination dealer of Ohio. I will make the drive to Florence to make my purchases. Thanks again it was a pleasure to do business with Dave and Thoroughbred. Also a big thanks to Greg for letting it happen.
Think they should do a better job with customers, my experience wasn't the greatest and the seemed like they really didn't care after I bought a used bike payed cash,had a issue and pretty much just sent me out on my own rather than helping figure it out
Jesse down at Thoroughbred took extreme care of me during my recent purchase. I've always been told good things about the establishment and now I see after my time spent there, they treat you like family. They want to earn your business. Very proud there is still good sales business in this country and people like Thoroughbred keep that great industry alive!
My husband and I have never been so disrespected we made a major purchase from this establishment and were treated like we were nothing...an ugly bitter man sitting behind a desk who thinks he has power over someone else's life...you are sadly mistaken....WE WILL ON on the purchase we made and he will still be sitting there in his misery....we will never go back to Thoroughbred Harley Davidson in Florence Ky
