Use to love the entire place.Service sucks.Last winter they put mini ape hanger on my Ultra classic. Chipped the paint on front of tank.was suppose to fix in spring.well didn't happen.then they were suppose to paint this winter. Did not happen again.so who the hell ever this guy is that took over the shop.Calls me says hey you know we chipped your paint.Well we wanted to know if you would be interested in having us fix our screw up.really.
Not happy with the Service dept. Took my bike in for a new rear tire and oil change. 475 dollars price as quoted for both. Well I never got the oil change, but had the back tire replaced. I ask before leaving it what toal it would be when coming to pick bike up 351 and change Well they called and said bike was done The price jumped another 45 dollars wow for what I said. They said they put a new tube a wheel liner on it. Why. Nothin wrong with the old one. Only had 7000 miles on it. They said it was what they do ever new tir... read more
