Had a great buying experience on my 2009 road king. Dave and Mark took excellent care of me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The motorclothes and parts Were horrible on I got there 15 minutes before they were closing on a Friday night to get a poker chip and a shot glass. I was not greeted but I was glared at when I walked in. I walk past the motorclothes a few times And was not acknowledged they Flash the lights at me to tell me to get out. Service dept was awesome. I was on the thru town from Louisville and had a little issue. They got me right in and fixed my issue. Didn't even charge me! Nice people, great service.
Probably the most disrespectful group I have every met. Went in to look at a bike and after 30 minutes someone finally someone approached us. We made an offer on a bike and it was not what they were asking , offered my contact information and he didn't want it. Told him I can see why they don't sell motorcycles , his response....people like you ! Been around Harleys all my life, my dad bought 20 + bikes over the years from Tennessee ave , I guess I see now why I've never bought a bike from these people. No respect , I hope t... read more

I'm sure the mechanics are fantastic.Customer service and any kind of support in parts is terrible (1 guy is good). Need to pay these people better or something, they act like they do not want to be there. I could walk around that store for an hour and never be acknowledged, every damn day! I have purchased two bike's in 4 years and both times went 3-5 hours west for service and way better deal!
Our sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided to a stranded motorcyclist. Thanks to Ben, Jimmy & Don for getting us back on the road. We had a fantastic vacation, 4000 miles, 300 of which were in the rain with no further issues! "The Drentlaw's"
