Had issues and the entire service was on a poker run. We were 100 miles from home. Poor management decision
called parts dept looking for an air filter for a 2015 FLS. lady says dont have one lemme call Cinci store. they dont have one either. I can order one , be here 7 to 10 days. I ordered one online and had it in 2 days. pathetic. if I were selling bikes I'd do everything I could to get ppl in the store. might see a bike I want.
Virtually no HD clothes, no Xl anything
Great name & logo, was looking for a couple hoodies, and or t-shirts, probably the worst selection, and least amount of motorclothes I’ve ever seen at any Harley dealer.
