Erica St. John at the Savage store was a great help to my husband and I when we went to buy carpet and were unable to find something we both agreed on. She pointed us in the right direction and we both very excited about our new carpets.
Do not do business with this company. If you have any type of issue with this company, the owner Jay does not want to hear about it. He will tell you that there are a lot bigger problems in the world than yours. He has absolutely no customer service. We had an issue with defective carpet being installed. It took 3 visits to our home before it was decided to order new carpet. They do not talk with their contractors at all. Had they done so, it would have saved us a couple of visits. Everything about this place is great. The selection of different quality flooring is very extensive. It's the helpful staff that I really like the most. They are very knowledgable and friendly making the whole experience that much better. The installers are first rate, professional and best of all...tidy!

We had a great experience working with Thoroughbred. Nicole was very knowledgeable and a great help in choosing the right carpet for our needs. Our installer Jason was wonderful to work with as well- friendly, polite, on time, and a real hard worker! We know we will enjoy our carpet for years to come.
The staff that work at Thoroughbred are amazingly helpful and educated on all products they carry. Showroom is so pristine and organized it makes the shopping there easy and stress free! Stop in and see all of the in stock products they have and you will see it will be your first and last stop for all of your flooring goods.
Only place that can truly install flooring next day. Great sales staff and extremely affordable prices. I carpeted my whole main level and will have Thoroghbred Carpets back for my lower level. Great!!!!
