Prices seem high, service ok We checked out carpet here for 2 rooms in our house but the prices seemed high compared to others in the area and the selection was so-so. Maybe they cater more to the builders. Service was good - plenty of people working there so customers don't have to wait for a long time before being assisted. Some other flooring options like Pergo also available here.
RecommendedWe recently had Thoroughbred Carpeting install new carpeting in our whole house. They have very good pricing and their service was fantastic. It took three trips over several weeks to install it all, with all the moving of furniture we had to do. They worked around our schedule and got the job done as promised. We have used them several times over the past 40 years. Ask for Erica, she was great to work with.
They do not stand up to their workmanship and cause damage during the install process.
The sales and carpet were fine. The installation however was not. We had recently renovated our basement with new trim, doors and paint. Walls, trim and doors were all scratched. I had finished all the woodwork myself and will have to go back and replace and refinish the doors. No calls from the installer or acknnowledgement from the damage they created and a newly renovated basement.........
We recently had our first experience with Thoroughbred, and had recently had very bad luck with another home project, so were hoping for the best. Erica helped us out the first day we walked in, and we got the project done in a very timely and flawless manner. Our installer was fast, and perfect, right down to cleaning up and re puttying our baseboard nail holes ! We couldn't be happier with the job they did, and will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them !
Our experience at Thoroughbred was amazing! We had looked at quite a few other places before we heard about Thoroughbred. We found the carpet we wanted shortly after walking in the door and Erica was absolutely wonderful helping us pick out flooring for our kitchen. She was so accommodating with our carpet install. I would highly recommend working with her. We love our new carpet and flooring and the price was better than every other store.
Superior selection, customer service, and installation. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Thoroughbred and finally have a flooring company that will take care of all of our future flooring needs.
