Seriously..... My life and my health improved after using Dr. Palmer for my dental issues. His caring attitude, his skill set and his knowledge makes me grateful to be his patient. He has a great Team at the office, too. If a dental specialist is needed, he will refer you to others who are also top notch, too! I’m thrilled to have met him when I first moved to Austin. I highly recommend him.
A 20-year-old crown came loose the weekend before Christmas. Dr. Palmer was willing to come in over the holidays to fix it, then his staff advised me on how to best work with it until I could come in after the New Year. When I went in to have it checked and re-cemented, they were fast and made it easy. They are always friendly and easy to work with.
My recent teeth cleaning appointment could not have gone better. We started on time (actually early) and everything was handled in a comfortable, friendly, and professional manner.
I hate doctors. I hate dentists. I don't like being poked or prodded. Despite that, Dr. Palmer and his staff always make me feel comfortable. They still poke me, but they do everything they can to make it bearable. His staff are friendly and welcoming.
My experience was great. I was seen promptly and saw Dr. Palmer. He took care of my problem and I was out of there. I will definitely go back.

Everything was professionally performed as I have come to expect from Dr. Palmer's staff. I am really bad at remembering names but the dental hygienist who works with me is a very excellent professional hygienist who works extremely well with patients like me. I always feel like I have received the very best of care.
Dr. Palmer is always great to see & very professional. Emilee did a great job cleaning my teeth & was gentle, very polite, & friendly. No pain was felt & this is the best Dentist office that I continue to go to since 1990 & from living in Florida since 2006.
My experience with the practice has been tremendous. I recommend this practice very highly.
