I was a patient of Dr. Wm K. Thomson for over 30 years and loved his personality, expertise, and care. When he retired, I stayed at the same practice with his associate, Dr. M. Tait Palmer. I have never regretted my decision! Dr. Palmer and all his staff provide a level of professional care that I find lacking in many new and older medical practices. I will stay with Dr. Palmer and encourage anyone looking for a new dental practice to book a consulting appointment. I think you will be pleased with what you hear and see.
I just Dr. Palmer today. His office staff always offer a warm welcome and friendly conversations. I know many of the staff and they always come and say hello even if they are not assisting him with me as his patient. You will feel right at home. Come in early because they are always running on time if not ahead. You will get great service and feel right at home. Thank you to him and his staff, from the front desk to all the dental assistants.

Dr Palmer and his entire staff are professional, friendly and brilliant. Dr Palmer is the best dentist in Austin. He has the most delightful personality. Always upbeat, funny as hell. Just a joy to see him. Extrememly caring. I am blest with great oral health. But I am a nighttime grinder. He fitted me with the proper night guard. Sleep better, no more stiff neck in the morning. I have the utmost respect fro Dr Palmer and his staff.
I always have a great experience atvthis office. Our daughter came for her first checkup and had a great experience as well. The staff was very friendly abd welcoming with her. She wasn't scared to be there and is excited about flossing her own teeth!

My visit was a quick one. Just cleaning needed. I always said that when Dr. Thomson retired I would try to find a dentist in Waco. But I keep coming back to Austin despite the horrific traffic from Waco!
