When I arrived for appointment the staff was very help and the cleaning appointment was completed, and the dental team was extremely informative, and all of my questions were very much answered in a professional way. I will follow up with my next appointment in October 2018. Thank you and I do feel a lot better with the cleaning that I have received at this appointment.
Dentists are a necessity. Not necessarily something people equate with a good time. This practice is the exception. We actually look forward to seeing the people on the staff. Billy K Thompson laid the groundwork for this exceptional culture throughout his career, and Tait Palmer is carrying the torch forward. You won't find a better experience or a more talented team.
I have the cleanest teeth in Austin, thanks to Stephanie the hygienist. She is also the smartest hygienist in Texas, sporting a new BSDH degree on her wall. To go anywhere else is to receive less care.
Adriane took great care of my teeth with the cleaning, and Dr. Palmer was able to help me with my other needs. I love this office!
Staff is always very caring and professional. Quick to get me in and out. My husband and I have been a patient for 30 yrs at this same practice. Dr Palmer is wonderful!

Dr. Palmer was working the phone-so wow. I would come to your office just to read the magazines. The supersonic thing works best when my head is tilted. I was Adrienne's 37,275th cleaning so where's my sticker?

My appointment with Dr. Palmer was to pick up my recently repaired mouth guard. After such repairs, a trial and error fine tuning fitting process is required. Dr. Palmer and his tech made this process enjoyable and very successful! Thanks you Dr. Palmer!
