Excellent and non-stressful appointment.
I was called to have my teeth cleaned at the appointment time of 11:00 a.m. promptly and courteously. The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth smoothly and comfortably. She was so efficient. Thank you.
All of the staff, including Dr. Palmer, are a joy to be around. My teeth cleaning is no big deal. Adriane is a wonderful & professional hygienist and with her new water tool my cleaning experience is a breeze.
Stephanie cleaned my teeth today and she was awesome as always. Dr Palmer and all his staff are professional and personable. They make going to the dentist easy and fun.
I love Dr. Palmer!!! He is honest with me more than fair and is joyful. When he needs to send you to an Oral Surgeon he follows up and if an issue arises he addresses it directly. I appreciate Dr., Palmer as he looks out for his patients health as well as their teeth.
Dr. Palmer explained very well what the problem is with my gums. He also explained what a peridontist would do. Maritta was very helpful in calling another drug store to see what the price of the medication was. Turns out that the medication was around $15 less than what I had been paying at the previous place.
I have very positively used Dr. Wm K. Thomson as my dentist since the early 1980s. When Billy K retired, Dr. M. Tait Palmer, who had been working with Dr. Thomson for years, took over the practice. The transition from Dr. Thomson to Dr. Palmer has been very smooth, and I continue to receive the same exceptional level of care from Dr. Palmer that I received from Dr. Thomson. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer and his staff.
