I had a cleaning appointment with Dr. Palmer today. I had a great experience since I had a good checkup. He is getting really busy so I might need to see the hygienist in the future. But for now, Dr. Palmer took great care of me today. I was able to see the x-rays of my teeth right away. He is always on time and I am out within an hour. His staff members are so polite, professional but very friendly and I really love that. Dr. Palmer and his staff are the best! Thomson and Palmer have been our dentist in Austin for over 20 years. When we moved to Goliad County we tried a local dentist. When I developed sever tooth pain, the local dentist was slow to respond. Dr. Palmer responded within five minutes of my call and set me up for an appointment the next morning. I drove the 3 hours to Austin, and they fixed my problem. I will continue to make that drive to see Dr. Palmer.
As extremely professional, kind, supportive. I love the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, she is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for caring for me and my teeth! Won't go to anyone else. All office staff are professional and just wonderful!

I had an appointment yesterday to seat and adjust my new lower partial denture. Dr. Palmer and Irma did that job promptly and professionally--with a personal touch. Marita, with her warm personality, always does a great job at the front desk.
