Brandon was awesome and fixed the problem the first time! We will definitely use his company for all of our plumbing needs.
They responded to the Service Magic request immediately, but were not available to perform the work for a couple days. The repair didn't look to be that difficult, but the cost was still $400. Great people to work with.

Had some communication issues with rescheduling and changing times. That was frustrating, but in the end, the worker showed up in accordance with the originally scheduled time and completed the job. Only other issue concerned my initial understanding that the master plumber would come to my home and do the job, but found out much later that a laborer would do the work. It seemed to be a relatively simple job, but when dealing with natural gas lines it caused me some concern that the job would be done right.
