Brandon did an outstanding job of communicating the issues with me. There is still a little more work to do that requires some parts to be delivered but I expect that the job will be done well once it's completed Brandon is also honest and ethical in the way he goes about his work. He also took the time to show me how to do some minor repairs on my own which I greatly appreciated. I would hire Professional Drain Services again in a heartbeat.
very nice guy! He does a good job and works pretty quickly. He also explains everything he is doing. Had questions after the job was completed and he returned my call to discuss it with me. If anything goes wrong he will be there to fix it. I would recommend Brandon over the bigger companies, who came in at double his price.

The work was done at a rental property, so I have not seen it firsthand, however, my tenant said Brandon was very nice and professional and that everything is working great! The price was better than a previous estimate and I will definitely hire Brandon in the future!
Brandon installed a water heater for me. His work was great, and he was very conscientious to ensure that the work met my expectations and was thoroughly clean when he was finished. I would definitely hire him again!
