He started the job, and did a good job up to a point. He wasn't able to complete the job because we needed a special city permit (the issue tied into the city sewer). He gave us a good referral though, who was able to finish the job. I would use him on other projects though because he was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable.
When Brandon came out to fix our problem, we had a little mis-communication. I let Brandon know how I felt about it and he immediately did exactly what he needed to do to make it right. To me, doing it right the first time is great, but the willingness to make something right and please the customer if something does not go right is even more important. I will call on Brandon for all of my plumbing needs in the future and I would recommend him to others.
Brandon was very easy to reach and came out within an hour of my call. He was courteous and kind to my toddler and me. He had all of my work done within four hours of my original call and that included a trip to the home store to buy replacement fixtures. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.
Immediate response from the start and throughout the entire process. Brandon was a pleasure to work with.
Came on time, fixed quickly and left without leaving a mess.
While Brandon showed up promply to give us a bid on the project, he was delayed in getting to the job site to complete the project due to a number of things outside of his control. The most disappointing thing was that once he did arrive, he decided he could only complete a couple of the items we needed to have done due to the complicated nature of the plumbing items.
