They came out promptly and told me septic tank was full, needed to be pumped out. They recommended Tidwell Plumbing who was also excellent. Expected to owe Thompson a service call charge but men told I owed them nothing.
Thompson Plumbing is a great team and company to work with. Helped to find the origin of the external water leak, worked us into their schedule and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. Billy and Dan worked together seamlessly. Restored my yard as close as possible. Very professional and knowledgeable; I am so grateful for their assistance. Thompson Plumbing installed a hot water circulator in my home. Now I have INSTANT hot water when I wash my face or take a shower. No more wasting water until it gets hot enough to enjoy. I used to waste a minute of running water until it got hot. Not anymore! Thanks, Thompson Plumbing.
My Garbage Disposal was leaking. As a result, I required a new Disposal. Therefore, my project involved the installation of a new Garbage Disposal in which Carlos did excellently. He was on time for the appointment and was courteous, yet, very personable. Moreover, not only did he clean up his mess, he even put all of the items that were taken out, during the Disposal installation, back into the cupboard! Can you believe it! Very good and very helpful.
Very professional, yet respectful and personable. My only complaint is that he left water and a small metal object in my shop vac, which I now need to dispose of properly.
They were on time, free quote, did a good job and cleaned up after.
