Today I had a new patient app for braces. My appointment was at 8:15am. I went to the wrong address and when I called to find out the right location I was 10 minutes late and the lady at the front desk told me I would need to reschedule my app. She went and talked to her manager to see if they could still see me and when she returned to the phone I was in the parking lot and I was told I couldn't be seen and the next available app was January 5th.
