I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this doctor’s office. During the years I was a patient, I was always left waiting well past my scheduled appointment time—often up to an hour, even for a 10:00 AM appointment.Recently, I visited the office to request my medical records and was told it would cost $25 per record. Excellent service for my deviated septum. Very quick and knowledgeable. After surgery, he contacted me personally to see how I was healing.
In person , Dr. Hsiao consistently takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain his diagnosis and how he arrived at it plus any other thinking, and answer any follow-up questions I have. He's also very responsive via the office's electronic messaging service.
I’ll preface this by saying I’ve only had a handful of appointments with him over the course of 1 year but I regret that I did not find a different doctor after the very 1st encounter. I really wanted to give him a chance, but that was a huge mistake. Extremely dismissive, I got more out of watching YouTube self help videos and ChatGPT. Dr. Lugo is very thorough. He explains everything in detail. He listens carefully and communicates carefully and thoroughly. I appreciate his medical care.
My mother came from Ghana and was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. We made an appointment with Dr. Golden and believe me, our experience has been truly “golden”. His bed side manners and respect for us has been very great.
