Very happy with all things and the surgery was better than I thought it would be. He was very good with my family.
Office personal friendly, efficient, and professional. Dr. Mc McKensie took the time to evaluate and educate me as to my medical need. He also was friendly, efficient and professional. I felt he was really concerned about my well being and how to resolve my medical issue.
My experience with Dr. McKenzie has been very pleasant. Enjoyed going to see him for the fellow up on my surgery for my fractured Calcaneus. Always very pleasant and professional.

I had my Right Rotator Cuff fixed by a different Doctor from my area in 2008 - The worst part of my recovery took 6 months and I had a lot of pain in that time. After about a year I was completely recovered and could go back to weight lifting again with my Right Shoulder in the game. Now in 2017, Dr. McKenzie has fixed my Left Rotator Cuff and at 4 months, I am past the painful part of recovery. I can now go swimming and can do Light Weight Lifting again. Dr. McKenzie and his staff are top notch. He replaced my knee. The total procedure was clearly explained to me and included a comprehensive package explaining day to day recovery and goals. I found the experience to be much easier than expected and my recovery to be fast. I am very happy with the results at 8 weeks post-op. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. McKensie to others. My experience with is staff is outstanding.
Dr. Thomas McKenzie is such a caring and understanding physician who listens to his patient while providing the best possible explanation of any procedure necessary for his patient. When you meet with him, you are given plenty of time to discuss your concerns and never feel rushed when it is your turn. I feel comfortable going into knee surgery under his care and find comfort in his many years of experience and referrals. Thank you!
Am amazing surgeon! I've had two different surgeries with Dr. McKenzie as my surgeon. A total knee replacement and a repair on my shoulder dislocation which massively tore my rotator cuff. Would recommend him in a heartbeat...
I have been a patient of Dr. McKenzie for several years. He and his staff are very professional, and they explain everything to you. My knee began to give me problems several years ago, he explained the short and long term effects, and due to this information, I was able to make a decision when to have surgery. He completed surgery recently and I am very happy with the outcome.
