Good luck even getting someone to answer the phone. I left messages, followed up with emails, my primary sent two different referrals...never even got an appointment. I was told I would need current imaging (I emailed that), still didn't get a call back or email. Terrible customer service.
Very professional. Mixed medical information with common terms for easy patient understanding. Ensured I understood the situation before moving to additional topics.
The staff are pathologically rude. They're unhelpful inconsiderate they hang up on you and reject you for any reason

Dr. Hassoun performed a Whipple operation on me to remove a cancerous mass at the head of my pancreas. The incision was from my sternum to my navel. From the moment he walked through the door, his confidence and enthusiasm had inspired trust, and I was amazed at how quickly I started recovering after this complex and dangerous surgery. Dr. Golden is a personable, informed and talented urologist and surgeon. he performed prostate surgery for me and the results have been successful. the follow up annual appointments have kept an eye on things. his office - practice team is also highly appreciated and deserve 5 stars.fully recommend him.

To the reviewer of Jan. ‘25 who claimed Dr. Kile was “excellent” & that they believe “any of the poor reviews are from patients who did not hear or accept what they were told”— that is a ridiculous statement. He saved my life. I would let him operate on my child's brain!!! He has the absolute best medical team in the world !! 5 stars times a million is the correct rating! Up walking talking cooking. He is AMAZING do you hear me!!! Love this whole group. Thank you kindly for making me tumor free!
