The story below is not what happened- this customer designed a ring and had us build it- she stated (in writing) that we built the ring to her specifications but she just didn't like it. She originally contacted us saying it wasn't our fault she didn't like the ring, but we should refund her the $ because we never told her how much it would be (stating she believed it would be a fraction of the cost.) Run away from this place... NOW! – Run away from this place! My wife went to Thomas Joseph & Sons with the intention of having them design a new ring using diamonds from a ring that she already had. From the start, the sales lady made many promises that they could absolutely do this to our satisfaction, but then the delays started. There was literally NO communication from her regarding the status of the ring, and we had to call them every couple weeks to find out what the status was. None – My experience at this establishment was excellent. The salesperson Noel Slack was very product savvy and but did a great job indifferentiate thier product from all other competition. I learned a great deal there and would recommend this retailer to all my freinds in Edina. I'm a customer for life!!!!!!!!!!!
Engagement ring, Great Experience – I bought an engagement ring here and had a great experience. They spent the time with me to teach me about diamonds so i could decide what I wanted. I ended up with a great diamond and a beautiful ring. the prices are much lower than I found at other stores and they were more concerned with getting me the right diamond than they were in just making a sale. Outstanding People and Jewelry – The people there are so kind and ask, "What do you want?" Not well, on sale this week... I got a ring as a gift and wanted to change the center stone and they said: No Problem! Three days later I had it back and it's one of the most beautiful rings I've seen. The high quality of the diamonds and blue topaz in this ring are something you won't see at a mall jeweler, ever! I can't wait to do business with them again!
