This is the best jeweler a person can find. It's a small family owned business and they know their customers by name. It's such a nice feeling with as much as stuff can cost. The prices are fair, the quality is great and so is the staff.

Thomas Joseph is not your mall jewler. It is a small family run, word of mouth for advertising, business. They are a top quality jewelry retailer and designer. They have unique designs, and quality diamonds at way less than appraisal. They also carry high end watches. They are located in an office building downtown minneapolis but do not require an appointment for shopping. PROS: prices, quality, friendly family owned CONS: parking

Great experience buying an engagement ring. They sat me down in a diamond lab and taught me enough about diamonds so I could choose the size/quality diamond that I wanted. There were a lot of styles to choose from for the ring. I got a nicer ring than I thought I'd be able to afford and my fiance' loved it. ++++

This place is amazing. Whenever I go I am greeted with a smile and they are 100% focused on me, the customer. They are not pushy and are very patient. Also, I really like that they personalize the experience. They keep a record of things I like so that my husband can have a little 'assistance' in picking out a special gift in the future. We have been going here for years and I'm always so please with the service and quality of jewlery and selection.
