This place is amazing. Whenever I go I am greeted with a smile and they are 100% focused on me, the customer. They are not pushy and are very patient. Also, I really like that they personalize the experience. They keep a record of things I like so that my husband can have a little assistance in picking out a special gift in the future. We have been going here for years and I m always so please with the service and quality of jewlery and selection.
sent a watch for link repair, the woman was exceptionally thorough. she took a look at the broken bracelet and didn't say anything about price first--which made me feel that she's more concerned about my watch. to make the bracelet fit she took out three pieces of links altogether, one by one and had me wear it each time to see how it would fit. this kind of thoroughness is truly exceptional. My experience at this establishment was excellent. The salesperson Noel Slack was very product savvy and but did a great job indifferentiate thier product from all other competition. I learned a great deal there and would recommend this retailer to all my freinds in Edina. I'm a customer for life!!!!!!!!!!!
