Dr. Sue Vavrock was very personal and welcoming. She explained issues (physical as well as interpersonal) in hearing as we age. She taught myself and wife things we were not aware of and could help us in our everyday communication. The hearing test was thorough and results were presented in layman's terms for our understanding. I am not in need of a hearing aid at this time but we have information to improve our communication, and I will be back every year to have my hearing tested.
I love the Christian atmosphere...Patti is the sweetest and her staff have been trained well. They don't want you to leave until you have complete understanding, whether it's the hearing taste or getting hearing aids!

When I had my hearing tested, everything was carefully explained, with plenty of time for any questions I might have. Each person I had contact with, was helpful and very nice. Both my husband and my mother were tested here, and purchased their hearing aids at Thigpen Hearingg Center, and were very pleased with their purchases. I highly recommend them.
