The care and service are excellent and i would recommend it to anyone.
The pt staff is great and Dr. are also very attentive. Definitely give a . I had hearing issues, but now thanks to Dr. Thigpen I am able to enjoy life without struggling.

I absolutely love the staff of Thigpen Hearing Center. They took their time to get to the bottom of my hearing problem, helped me to choose the best plan of action for me and included my husband in the consultation. That was very impressive.

Dr Thigpen and the staff could not have been kinder, more attentive, or helpful. We were not rushed and were given more information than I have ever received at any doctor's appointment. It was an excellent visit and my husband and I are very happy with our hearing aids so far. They have state of the art testing equipment and give you immediate results along with all available options. Needless to say, we were very pleased.
We had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Thigpen and staff. Mama (Martha Haislip) didn't realize the significance of her hearing loss until today. Everyone was so kind and attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was truly a great experience. We appreciate the time you took to explain everything so simply, patiently, and thoroughly. And to think that she walked out with hearing aids today! When I checked on her tonight, she said that she can even hear paper rattle! Thank you so much!
