Dr. T was very thorough and explained everything needed to know going into my first ever surgery. His team is very helpful and is always a pleasure to work with. Since he is in both Parker and Lake Havasu City, it is very easy to get in even when the schedule is busy. Thank you Dr. Tilgner, I can walk again without pain! :)

Dr Tilgner Preformed Partial hip replacement , posterior approach. Never Once did he mention ANTERIOR APPROACH to my family. He has no patience, he is rude, money hungry and should NOT be a DOCTOR. I have received other opinions , one stated they would have put this hip device in a 85 yr old women, and I am 64 yrs old.
Dr Tilgner performed successful knee surgery on me 3 years ago, and is currently treating me for hip problems. I am very pleased with him and his staff as well.
Dr is very money hungry wants to poke and push you out the door as fast as his needle allows no explanation no personality no time for you just money for him. Patient beware
I came in with a broken femur Dr Tilgner came in and gave me a full explanation of what he expected to do. When I woke in recovery he visited and with me and instilled great confidence that the healing process would go well. I live in another city and the doctor expressed great concern about me leaving his care and traveling home for rehab. His daily and sometimes twice a day visits were inspiring and informative.upon returning to Phx the physician that took over my care was impressed.
I have had both knees scoped and then one replaced. The Doctor,his staff and all involved wr by our of the way to explain things to me and explain everything.
Don't go to Dr.Tigner for anything. He has no bed side manners. The operation on my shoulder came out terrible. Does not explain anything. I Heard that he screwed up on other surgeries just like mine.
Dr. Tilgner is not a specialist in handling patients with Lymphodema. He should of never maneuvered my Mother's arm. He broke her collarbone and her cancer spread. She was kept alive 2 more years by going to the Cancer treatment of America in Goodyear. They could never get rid id the cancer that spread to her bone. She ended up passing away.
