Very good, I have gone to Dr Tilgner for years for my knees. I was having worse pain. He knew right away what it was. Sent me for an MRI on my back. Turns out I needed a back fusion. He referred me to a specialist that was out standing and I had the surgery. Dr Tilgner saved me years of pain and I thank him everyday.
Scheduling the appointment was easy and painless. Dr. Tilgner has cared for me twice in the last 6 months. He was kind and professional. Both concerns were addressed, explained and corrected. I was in Health Care for over 35 years.....Dr. Tilgner is one of the best I've encountered. Your health and care is a partnership with your physician.... I am so pleased that I have established that partnership with Dr. Tilgner and his practice.
hip surgery left me with bruises all the way down my leg brown knee may never go away open area and said I'm all healed. rush you in and out not the best surgeon in my opinion still having trouble walking and laying down in pain

2nd visit was recommended surgery for bursitis in arm to remove bone spurs in shoulder. Was told it would be arthroscopic half inch incision with recovery time 4-6 weeks. Was NOT arthroscopic. No MRI was ever done...in surgery found a minor tear in rotator. Drs. Office didn’t even do a courtesy call to see how I was doing, even after leaving a message. Pain pills were not helping. Great Drs. Caring and concern for you.
My wife and I have seen Dr. Tilgner three times and we have more appointments booked. We found his staff to be charming, helpful and professional. They helped to make our visit totally pleasurable. We find Dr. Tilgner to be knowledgeable, compassionate, professional. Although he stated I might need surgery at a later date, but that it was way too soon for that with out trying alternate treatments first. My wife and I will continue to use him & I would recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation.
Complications after TNR. Dr. Stoic and rude! Hardly saw him the 4 days I was in hospital! No compassion!
