They do amazing work with my son. He has ADHD and auditory processing. Plus he gets speech therapy. The staff and therapists are amazing, understanding, and helpful.

My 3 year old has been coming here for a little while and so far we are very impressed and love the staff. Everyone that we have met are super great with kids! They are polite, kind and sincere! This place has the best therapist and staff around! They are truly in it to help kids reach for the stars. They have all helped my son immensely. I love watching him grow and do more then doctors ever imagined he could! I can't thank them enough!

What I want to know is why did you bring the beanbag chairs back into the kids play area? I thought by now you would have learned that they are NOT a great idea to have in there. #1 You have parents that don't keep the best on their kids,#2 they like to jump off the little kitchen set on to the bags,#3 they like to hit each other with them,#4 and they like to put them on top of each other and jump on them and also pile onto another kid and jump on them. The receptionists here are so polite and courtesy along with being helpful when it comes to rescheduling and or changing our appointments. They make us feel like we are family. We've been coming here almost three years and the kids love them and their therapists. They have come along way because of the care they been given here. We are blessed to have them.
I was never treated with such disrespect both on the phone and in person anywhere until I tried to get my daughter therapy at this place. If there was a way to award zero stars, I would have. The receptionist today was absolutely rude and extremely unhelpful and non interested in helping me or my daughter get the physical therapy she needs. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with dignity and respect by the office staff!
We've been looking forward to my sons appointment all month, and last night I received an automated call saying his app. is at 8 30am. (I just thought it was a system error, bc I would NEVER schedule an app. that early, for we only have 1 car.) The appointment I set up with the receptionist that called me was at 1 30 today. Not sure what happened to our appointment time that was scheduled almost over a month ago, but this is not okay. & the lady I spoke with didn't even apologize or anything! horrible on scheduling. therapist bounced us around to other people sometimes DURRING a session. not a person in training and therapist stayed there to help no they LEFT. Our original therapist quit, another left we were sent to. then scheduling nightmare. Do yourself a service go somewhere else they can not get staffing issues under control and communication sucks. if you ride bus there is NO sidewalk to corner so if you kido needs a wheelchair at times (like ours did after his siezure) watch yourself as cars pass sooo clos... read more
