I bought my vehicle from Thelen Honda, when I took it for a test drive the vehicle was very loud, I loved everything about the vehicle except that... I told them my concerns and they offered to fix it. I bought the vehicle and they asked me to bring it in on a Saturday to have it fixed, I drove 2 1/2 hours to bring it in for the manager (Jason) to tell me he couldn't get it fixed but offered me to take it somewhere else and he'd pay for it... so I did. RecommendedWe recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rob at thelens and the whole experience was great! Everyone there is so friendly. We also just had some body work done on it and we couldn't have asked for better service. They are very quick and efficient.
