Ran into one of their employees at the Cool City Car show, who was the rudest person I've ever met. Little does Thelen know that I do a lot of business with them, as does my family and friends. ADELINE, in Express Service, gives the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Her rudeness and complete lack of customer care are the reasons I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
As always, the staff is very pleasant and it is a great place to get my oil changed. The waiting room is comfortable with WiFi, snacks, coffee, water, etc.

My 2014 Outback needed serious transmission repair. With over 140,000 miles on it I was ready for a huge bill, with a long wait. They made time for me immediately, and after a brief diagnosis informed me that substantial work was needed on my transmission. However Subaru had warrantied my transmission and there would be no cost. The repair would take a week and they were prepping a Crosstrek loaner for my use while my car was serviced.
