Took my Audi in for an airbag recall issue...they were very fast...only had to wait about an hour. They even provided a free shuttle service so my husband and I could have lunch while we waited. Excellent customer service, very friendly and fair!

I recently purchased a 2014 Journey. Make sure you take a mechanic with you if you're thinking of buying a car here .. not sure what there "inspections" actually consist of and make sure you look for paint "TOUCH UPS" !!!!! I bought my car 3 weeks ago ... it has a transmissions leak, oil pan leak, ( BTW ... THEY SOLD IT TO ME NEEDING AN OIL CHANGE ! ) both mufflers leak, one has a hole in it the size of a quarter ( they must have missed that during there inspection LOL ) all the paint touch ups that they did to "make the car... read more
This is the 2nd Audi I've purchased from Thelen. I took it in yesterday for service and waited in the waiting room. I wasn't there more than 1 1/2 hours - very comfortable experience. The staff is amazing! Very friendly, efficient and anxious to make the customer feel important.

We did detail the vehicle and he also expressed to you to let him know if you found anything else unsatisfactory so we could make it right. We will, of course, pick the van up from your home so as to minimize the inconvenience. Mr. Thelen is not in on Saturday, so if you left him a message late yesterday or today he will certainly return your call on Monday.
