I’ve never felt more disrespected by a business in my life. I took my vehicle to Thelen Service Center in October/November 2022 with an issue regarding my oil light coming on prematurely and my oil appearing to be low. I have had this issue for quite a while and had taken it to the shop before; was originally told that it was a bad sensor since no one could visibly see any oil leaking or burning. RecommendedI recently purchased a new Kia Sportage. Thelen had the best price around. I drove two hours to do the deal. In fact I ordered the car with exactly what I wanted. The car arrived on schedule. I was concerned about what the loan rate would be and how many fees there would be since we couldn't know ahead of time. The loan rate was excellent. Recently purchased a used 2012 Buick Verano paid $6,900 cash for vehicle. Two months off the lot I am now sinking over $1,000 into my car for a timing chain issue. could improve by explicitly telling customers what work they will be doing before charging them for service that doesn't need to be done. oh and learn how to install a fuel pump correctly

I took my car in for some scheduled recall work. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area, it would be about 3-1/2 hours. When I asked about a loaner vehicle, I was told they didnt have any at that time. I understand the times are different right now. I would not sit and wait that long on a normal day, let alone sit in a waiting area with others who could be infected.
