We loved our apartment and the views. Unfortunately the building has been sold and a new management is coming in. They are kicking everyone out for pure greed. The new management is the same managing SOMA, and we all know the horror stories from that building. Such a shame.

Why are they still listing apartments for rent when they have been SOLD and are not renewing leases? Something is fishy here! My daughter lives here and has to move . While looking online for a new place they are listed on all the sites like they are accepting new tenants. I called numerous times to ask them about it but they NEVER answer the phone. I guess I will call real estate commission for answers since there is no transparency here!
Could not have made a better choice in Brickell. The service is outstanding and maintenance (Natalie) goes above and beyond. Weekends- late nights- or whenever else, I’m glad we can count on her.
