I have nothing but positive things to say. I was sold from the moment I walked in. A few highlights: - The views are incredible. This is a true waterfront property: both the building and the pool deck sit right on the water. The apartment itself is gorgeous and the views are absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, the management is by far the most unorganized and unhelpful management I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to move in on a specific date and ended up having to move in TWO days later because my apartment was still being worked on. The worst part was that I was not told this until I literally had all of my belongings outside of Yacht Club ready to move in. Profoundly unprofessional experience with Greystar/Yacht Club Brickell. They are quick to collect money, yet basic maintenance and updates are neglected, emails routinely go unanswered, and cooperating brokers have been left unpaid for over six months. Endless delays, misleading updates, and a complete lack of accountability. Unacceptable for a nationwide company of this scale. Save yourself the time and headaches, there are far better places to rent at this price point.

Location, location, location! Walking distance from all the fun while at the same time being away from all the noise. New management, completely new staff... Of course they need time to be at 100% but I have no doubt that they will get there. Office manager and the office staff show that they care. Happy to live here.
