Location, location, location! Walking distance from all the fun while at the same time being away from all the noise. New management, completely new staff... Of course they need time to be at 100% but I have no doubt that they will get there. Office manager and the office staff show that they care. Happy to live here.
The worst property management company on the face of this earth. Specifically the manager Jonathan should lose his job for mismanaging tenant relationships and completely ignoring his email for 5 weeks. Please make sure to rent in any other community in Brickell.
