I enjoyed my time at The Wyatt. The staff was very friendly and the apartment was everything I wanted. I did have issues with vandalism. If I decorated my patio within a week everything would start disappearing or appear broken the next morning. I, also, had a package stolen and was told the cameras fell short of my door. That was a little tough to deal with. Best place to live thats close to campus, the apartments are well maintained and plenty of amenities. The leasing office is very friendly and respectful when it comes to dealing with any issues a resident may have. They will go out of their way to make sure your stay is a pleasant one and resolve your issue in timely manner. Also the staff does have monthly events that are very creative and are actually worth going to. I would recommend the Wyatt to anyone that is looking for a apartment close to campus.
About The Wyatt on Angliana...you might want to reconsider. I, and many others have had issues with safety, the management, and the lack of cleanliness at The Wyatt. It is a very loud complex with disrespectful residents. Assults, car theft, and vandalism have all happened within the last 6 months and I have personally been affected by this with someone trying to push their way into my apartment.
